Global TEFL TESOL USA’s Affiliate Package 2025
A. ROLES
This agreement is between Global Testing and Training LLC., d.b.a. Global TEFL TESOL USA, herein referred to as “PROVIDER” and the interested party who wishes to become a partner in offering teacher training programs, herein referred to as “AFFILIATE”.
PROVIDER:
– provides the AFFILIATE the LMS platform which contains video lectures, reading text, exercises and the Final Assessment for all trainees to take
– provides the trainer of the AFFILIATE trainer training and trainer certification
– provides the AFFILIATE guidance in doing marketing activities
– provides the AFFILIATE the trainees’ certificates in digital form or printed hardcopy every end of the month after the trainees complete the certification process and after the certification fee is settled
– provides the AFFILIATE the guidance in the legalization of the certificate (CANA, DFA Apostille)
AFFILIATE:
– pays the Affiliation Fee (upon registration for the first time) and Renewal Fee annually thereafter
– pays the Certification Fee per trainee every time a training is offered and conducted
– conducts marketing activities to promote the teacher training programs
– collects the necessary training fees from the trainees for the training
– offers the teacher training programs of the PROVIDER to the AFFILIATE’S market such as but not limited to TEFL TESOL Courses and other Specialization Courses
– proposes and offers AFFILIATE designed training programs subject for approval by PROVIDER
– submits names and other trainee details necessary for certification a week before the intended certification date
B. FEES (This may change without further notice.)
Affiliation Fee: $500 (upon registration)
Renewal Fee: $300 (every year thereafter)

AFFILIATION PROMO: (This may change without further notice.)
- upon registration each affiliate is given 1 FREE 500-Hour Master TEFL TESOL Certification training and certificate for the trainer
- 5 certificates of the AFFILIATES’S choice, FREE OF CHARGE (no certification fees will be collected) except the 500-Hour Master TEFL TESOL Certificate
C. MISCELLANEOUS
- The AFFILIATE will settle the shipping fee if the printed hardcopy of the certificate is requested
- The AFFILIATE may create/propose their own training courses subject for approval by PROVIDER
- The trainees of the AFFILIATE must be registered in the PROVIDER’S LMS where the final assessment will be conducted
